Gail is a Notary Public commissioned by the Governor of Florida to serve the public as an impartial witness with duties specified by law, such as administering oaths, taking acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments, and attesting to or certifying certain documents.

In that capacity, one of her specialties is performing marriage ceremonies. Gail has performed marriage ceremonies at local country clubs, as well as waterfront parks such as scenic Gilchrist Park in downtown Punta Gorda, FL. Gail offers several different outlines to choose from or if you prefer, you can write your own vows!

Gail's other specialty is as a Certified Notary Signing Agent (certified by the National Notary Association). As such, she performs loan signings for various signing agencies throughout Charlotte County FL (including Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda), DeSoto County (including Lake Suzy, Ft Ogden, and Arcadia), and parts of southern Sarasota County (including North Port, Venice, and Nokomis) FL. This involves visiting borrowers' homes to obtain signatures for loan documents.
